Mammogram Scans

On Saturday, June 20th, 2026, the Mammogram Mobile will be stationed in The Florida Hotel and Conference Center parking lot. Schedule your mammogram when you are not attending workshops at the Hands Up Conference.

They are bringing advanced 3D mammography technology to the women attending the conference. All insurance plans are accepted, however for women without insurance you may still get screened. The cost for a mammogram screening for women who are uninsured is $180.00.

Hands Up Conference Disclaimer

Hands Up Conference and The Florida Hotel and Conference Center will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged (no matter how caused) to any displays, properties, or personal effects brought into the hotel.
The Hands Up Conference has agreed with The Florida Hotel to block rooms. The room blocks will be held until 5:00 PM on May 20th, 2026. After this date, all rooms will revert to The Hotel for general sale. We recommend making your reservations on or before May 20th, 2026. However, we cannot guarantee room availability closer to the conference dates.
Guests may check into the hotel after 4:00 pm with a valid credit card or cash deposit.
The Hotel will charge a $50.00 fee for any early check-in before noon. An early check-in is based on availability. The Hands Up Conference will not be held liable for any additional check-in charges.
Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Any late check-outs after 11:00 am will be charged a full night room, taxes, and services.
All guests are responsible for their own charges such as room service, cancellation fees, incidentals, etc.
There are no shuttle/transportation services to and from the airport. Please plan accordingly.
The Hands Up Conference will be adjourned after check-out time on Sunday. Please know that The Florida Hotel and Conference Center will be happy to hold onto your luggage/items at the bellhop station. The Conference also welcomes you to bring your things to the workshop locations and store them in the back of your selected room. If you drove to the conference, you can also put your luggage in your car.

Important Parking Update – Please Read Carefully!

The parking rules have changed over the years, and unfortunately, enforcement has become very strict.

Do NOT park in the areas marked with a red “no parking” in the attached photo — especially along the side near Sears. Vehicles parked in these areas WILL BE TOWED without warning.

Neither the Hands Up Conference nor The Florida Hotel is responsible for any towing fees, fines, or alternative transportation arrangements due to improper parking. Please plan accordingly and park only in the approved areas. We want your weekend to be smooth and stress-free!
