About our Sponsors

Want to become a Vendor or have an Exhibitor Table during the conference?

The price will be $250 per booth.

Vendor/Exhibit slots and physical space at the conference is limited, please know that we cannot guarantee you a space near an outlet, nor can you bring banners or promo background displays that are larger than the space you will occupy. 
 
Information for the day of the conference: vendor set up starts at 3:00pm on Thursday, June 19th, 2025 and take down is Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 around noon. 
 
Your contribution will include a 6 X 1.5 table, covered by a white tablecloth with a black or burgundy skirt, and two chairs. We cannot guarantee floor space for any floor signs outside your area. As we want you to advertise your business and partnership with us, we encourage you to bring your floor banners just in case! Our Vendor/Exhibit space is out in the upstairs foyer area where the entirety of The Hotel will have access to. The Florida Hotel and The Hands Up Conference will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
